Installing SCIMES

Requirements

• Python 2.7 or later
• Numpy 1.9.2 or later
• Astropy 1.0.2 or later
• Astrodendro 0.1.0 or later (astrodendro is not called directly by SCIMES but it is necessary to generate dendrogram and catalog on which SCIMES operates)
• scikit-learn 0.15.2 or later
• Matplotlib 1.4.0 or later

Installation

To install the latest stable release, you can type:

pip install scimes

or directly from the repository:

python setup.py install
